To keep it clean and fresh smelling we recommend a monthly cleaning. That's only $84.00 per year paid by the month, quarter or yearly. And of course, you can just call/email anytime we're needed and you'll be scheduled the next time we are in your neighborhood. Reminder: The longer between cleanings, the harder they are to be cleaned and the breeding time for maggots is very short.
